The story behind this project was that one of me was found "dead" on the floor. The other 5 are taking a picture, shocked, the killer, calling 911, or just walking in the door.
For the final assignment, I created a portfolio of all my work throughout the semester. Though the Adobe softwares were difficult to learn and to navigate, with the help of my professor and classmates, I was able to create a lot of work I never thought I would create during my time at UT. I had Professor Gutierrez help me with the grids and formatting, and wanted to keep my portfolio simple and straight to the point. Thank you for an amazing semester!
This project was by far my favorite project we did this year. I felt like I was able to demonstrate a creative side of myself even more than I have through previous assignments we did this semester. This project was also the most difficult project we had to create because of how complex it was. I enjoyed being able to order the colors and frames how I wanted in order to create this video. I put a lot of time and effort into this video making sure each frame was cut and ordered correctly. I am so proud of the finishing piece of this project!
Who am I and my first class impressions! Hi! My name is Natalie Thies and I am a junior at the University of Tampa. I am an advertising and public relations major, also known as AD/PR. My goal after college is to work for the PR team or media team for the NHL. I'm from New Jersey, and as much as I love living in Florida, I am a jersey girl at heart. I love to lay by the pool, go to the gym, bake, and nap. My first impression of this class is that it will be very adobe focused. I love that because I am familiar with adobe, but I would love to expand my horizon on it. From this class, I expect to learn more about adobe and word, and better ways to use my computer for media. This is really important to me because I am looking for a career in media. I am really excited to learn so many new things in this class and I am looking forward to a great year!
